Didnt fit out of the box, I need to machine some material out from inside. I have 2 standard full size 1911s in 45 acp and it fits neither. A little disappointing, it shouldnt have this issue. I mean its not fitting a standard Springfield Armory 5" barrel. Theres just enough of a lip inside for barrel not to slide through. Otherwise its beautiful and will probably work well once that millimeter or so of material is machined away
